In the middle of a summer’s night

The fireflies mix with the stars above

From within a sensation that feels so good

And the breeze brings you back to your childhood

And when the sun rises at the break of dawn

We make our way through the sunlit fog

A treacherous path lies ahead

Just take a breath and feel the adrenalin

But as we walk along the path of life

Each experience is significant and that is why

I’m dying to tell you the things I’ve learned

Oh, I’ve been burned and broken hearted seemingly forgotten

I had to backtrack all the way back to zero

To rejuvenate my heart and soul

But that was a long time ago…
