We're the Indie/acoustic/reggae band Tin Can Phone and the point of this site is basically to give our full length album away for free. We poured our hearts out into this one so we really hope you enjoy it..... maybe even enough to let somebody else know about us and this site TinCanPhone.net (hint hint).

Anyway, after our vagabond stylee tour of the US last spring we decided Austin, TX is the coolest city in the world and best place for us to start Tin Can Phone. So in sept 2007 we left Chicago and headed down to the ATX.

Our influences range from Sublime to Radio Head, from The Beatles to Nirvana, from Django Reinhardt to NOFX.... and of course a million more. As you'll soon see (after downloading our album) we have a very broad range in style and genre... even within one song.
